Cixi City, Zhejiang Province is one of the heater production bases in China, and its export volume accounts for 30% of the country. In previous years, the peak season of heater production for export ended around mid-September. This year, due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the energy crisis and other factors, the use of natural gas in many European countries is limited, and the demand for various heaters continues to increase. Many importers have temporarily added orders, which has brought a wave of "replenishment".

In Guanhaiwei Town, Cixi City, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, an enterprise is working overtime to produce a batch of portable household heaters. According to the person in charge of the company, the customers of these products are from Germany. The order of USD 1 million originally signed at the beginning of the year has been delivered, but in August this year, the customers asked for an additional order of USD 330,000.

It is understood that this enterprise exported 1.5 million heaters last year, worth about 17.8 million dollars. In the first eight months of this year, enterprises have exported 2 million heaters, with a value of about 22.8 million USD, an increase of nearly 30%.

A similar phenomenon also occurs in other heater exporting enterprises. One enterprise in xinpu town, Cixi City exported about 160 million yuan of heaters last year, and this year it is expected to exceed 200 million yuan, of which new orders from customers exceed 20 million yuan.

At present, heaters of the same type account for the first place in the whole market.

At present, there are more than 100 heater manufacturers in Cixi, and the export volume accounts for 30% of the whole country. According to customs statistics, in the first eight months of this year, the export of heaters increased substantially, with the export to the European Union increasing by more than 50%.

Cenna, Chief of Inspection and Inspection Section 1 of Cixi Customs under Ningbo Customs: From January to August, the export of heaters in Cixi was 3.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.3%, of which 1.53 billion yuan was exported to the European Union, a year-on-year increase of 55.2%. Compared with the same period of last year, the sales season of heaters exported to the European Union is expected to be extended by about one month.
