According to Wang Chuang, chief of the Customs Airport Bonded Section of Tianjin Free Trade Zone, the return center warehouse mode refers to the customs supervision system in which the domestic agents of cross-border e-commerce enterprises or the warehousing enterprises entrusted by them (hereinafter referred to as return center warehouse enterprises) can set up special storage places for the return of cross-border e-commerce retail imported goods in the special customs supervision area, and carry out the processes of receiving and sorting the returned goods in the original special customs supervision area.
According to the relevant regulations, after the enterprises in the return center warehouse complete the sorting of the returned goods in the return center warehouse, they will formally declare the return to the customs information supervision system according to the current regulations for the goods that meet the return supervision requirements; For the commodities that do not meet the requirements of return supervision, the return center warehouse enterprises will re-ship them out of the area for corresponding disposal.
